Video Conference Room Rental Charges – (Incoming call on ISDN 512kbps is FREE)

  1. Week days - Monday to Friday – 9 am to 6 pm              Rs. 1,500/- per hr.
  2. Week days - Monday to Friday – 6 pm to 9 am              Rs. 2,000/- per hr.
  3. Week end and on Holidays  – 9 am to 6 pm                    Rs. 2,000/- per hr.
  4. Week end and on Holidays  – 6 pm to 9 am                    Rs. 2,500/- per hr.

Outgoing Call Charges for Video Conference – in addition to above Room Rental Charges

  1. ISDN Local & National Calls                                              Rs. 60/- per 5 min./ISDN line (128 kbps)
                                                                                                    (Rs. 720/- per hr./ISDN Lines/128kbps)
  2.  ISDN International Calls                                                     Rs. 250/- per 5 min./ISDN line (128kbps)
                                                                                                    (Deposit Rs.3,000/- per hr./ISDN Lines/128kbps)
                                                                                                    (Deposit Rs.10,000/- per hr./3 ISDN Lines/384kbps)
    (Actual outgoing call charges will be deducted from the Deposit and balance amount will be be refunded at the end of the month.)

Test Call Charges for Video Conference –

Test call for Incoming on ISDN                                                 Rs. 500/- per 5 to 10 min.

Test call for outgoing on ISDN                                                 Rs. 1000/- per 5 to 10 min.

 

Service Tax 10.3% will be charged extra on all above rates.

 

Note - ISDN dial in No will be given over email only after receipt of confirm booking.

Cancellation Charges –

  1. 25% deduction if cancelled more 24 hr in advance from the date of event.
  2. Nil refund if cancelled less than 24 hrs in advance before date of event.
    (No Refund of Service Tax charged.)

 

Booking – on first come first - minimum one 72  hrs in advance.
